FY2025 CoC-Builds Competition
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the FY2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Special Program Competition called CoC-Builds.

HART Timeline of Events for the FY2025 CoC-Builds NOFO:

• June 13, 2025 by 4:00 pm – Deadline for all CoC Builds project applications to be submitted to the CoC through esnaps.
• June 26, 2025 – Deadline for HART to submit the CoC-Builds Application to HUD.
