The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition.

HART Timeline of Events for the FY2026 CoC NOFO:

June 17, 2026 – Pre-application meeting with interested project applicants
July 27, 2026 – New deadline for project submissions into e-Snaps
August 11, 2026 – Deadline for the CoC to notify all applicants in writing if their project was accepted or rejected by the CoC outside of e-Snaps
August 24, 2026 – Deadline for the Collaborative Application and ranking to be posted on the HART website
August 26, 2026 – Deadline for HART to submit the Collaborative Application to HUD
December 1, 2026 – Anticipated award notification date

HART Timeline of Events for the FY2026 CoC-Builds NOFO:

July 13, 2026 by 4:00 pm – Deadline for all CoC Builds project applications to be submitted to the CoC.
July 23, 2026 – Deadline for HART to submit the CoC-Builds Application to HUD.
