FY24-25 NOFO Open

On January 8, 2026, HUD posted information on the Continuum of Care Program webpage regarding the FY 2025 CoC funding process and the re-opening of the FY24-25 NOFO.

HUD has indicated in the December 30, 2025 FY24-25 CoC NOFO Implementation Plan, that due to a court order regarding the CoC competition, HUD will comply with the Order and process eligible renewals under the FY24-25 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity.

At this time, only the following projects will be considered for funding:
• Renewal projects awarded in FY24
• Renewal projects that were not awarded in FY24
• New projects created through CoC and/or DV reallocation or YHDP replacement


Since there is no planned reallocation of projects, there will be no new applications accepted.

We encourage all organizations who are considering the submission of a new project application, to watch for the release of the FY2026 NOFO later this year.
