FY2025 Collaborative Application Competition
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released the Notice of Funding Opportunity for the FY2025 Continuum of Care Competition.

HART Timeline of Events for the FY2025 CoC Competition:

• November 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm (CT) – Informational meeting for new applicants Email chdc@crossvillehousing.org for a meeting invite.
• November 26, 2025 –Intent to Apply form due
• December 12, 2025 – all project applications must be completed in e-Snaps
• December 29, 2025 – applicants will receive written notice of their acceptance or denial
• January 12, 2026 – the collaborative application and ranking will be posted on the HART website for the 2-day review
• January 14, 2026 – deadline for the CoC application submission
